We were also delighted when first experiencing a meal. This is where they put themselves above all the rest. The food is amazing and the presentation was top notch. The staff are helpful in presenting different experiences and we’re very knowledgeable about the area. We went on a small Dow sunset Dow ride and it was a lovely experience. The hotel set that up for us. I noticed that there were a few guests that chose to come for a month. That is how good it is. For those who need wifi, it was available all over the property. The beach area was amazing. The swimming was great right at the hotel. We also enjoyed the seating area by the pool. We had a wonderful experience.

What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the incredible team that looked after us. Robert, the concierge, was a true gem—always available, endlessly helpful, and so warm and accommodating. Whether we needed recommendations, transport, or simply a friendly face to check in with, Robert was there with a smile and a solution. Duncan, the chef, completely wowed us with every meal. Each dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly crafted with passion. Dining at the villa became one of our favorite parts of the day thanks to his culinary talents. Faith, the housekeeper, ensured everything was always spotless and fresh. She worked quietly and efficiently, and her attention to detail made the entire experience feel effortless and luxurious. And Susan, the house manager, was simply amazing—kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we were comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. This villa is more than just a beautiful place—it’s a full experience, elevated by an extraordinary team who go above and beyond in every way. We felt so welcomed, so cared for, and will absolutely return. Highly, highly recommended.

A Delightful & Relaxing Stay at Baali Diani Apartments I spent three nights at Baali Diani Apartments with my partner, and it was a wonderful stay. From arrival to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive and genuinely eager to help — special mention to Dan (night watcher) and chef Clara, both of whom went above and beyond. The apartment was spotless, nicely furnished, with good air-conditioning (a must in the warm evenings), and the kitchen well-stocked for basic use. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented, giving a good start to the day. The garden and pool area offer a peaceful escape, perfect for relaxing after beach time. While it’s not right on the sand, the beach is still easily walkable, and the location feels safe and calm. A few minor notes: more kitchen utensils (chopping board, additional pots) might help for guests who cook more. Also, hot water wasn’t always consistent in the shower, but not enough to spoil the experience. Overall, great value — I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, friendly, peaceful base at Diani without paying resort prices.

Compared to Nomad , it's much better and worth the money.

It was very spacious, well stocked, great shower, comfy desk and chair for the remote workers, smart tv with Netflix and way more. The staff were kind and courteous. Frank (true service professional) at the reception was welcoming, kind and always inquired about the status of my stay. The facilities such as the main lounge area, swimming pool are well thought of. I would definitely be back!

The villas are comfy, the staff are welcoming and the breakfast is delicious and fulfilling. Bonus, the owner was there on holidays and offered to pick us up at Ukunda for free. The pool was also refreshing and relaxing. Very nice ambience!
