Having a chromecast and a Bose speaker is a nice add! The staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel is quite quiet during off season, which is quite relaxing, perfect for us. The breakfast is amazing, with an impressive variety of products available. The sushi restaurant is epic. The spa is really nice as well. Epic experience.

The hotel boasts a public bath and open-air bath. All rooms feature a seating area with a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and espresso machine. The private bathroom comes with bath amenities including a shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The room was so comfortable, clean and spacious with an amazing view of mount Yotei! The amenities were also top notch. The breakfast was amazing and changed every day, alternating between Japanese and Western style. It was so abundant and perfect to prepare for a full day of skiing! The hot springs were also amazing, there’s an indoor and outdoor one too (sometimes in other hotels they don’t have outdoor baths for women but this one does and it’s so amazing and relaxing). I was there in late March so it was very quiet and basically had the hot springs too myself! But the best part was the staff: they are so attentive! I’m so grateful to the receptionists who arranged free shuttle bus pick ups during the first and last day. Thank you so much!

Some units at the apartment complex boast a fireplace and a heated pool. Some of the units have a satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a private bathroom with a hot tub and slippers. In some units there is a dressing room for guests to change in. The location was very convenient, the hotel and amenities were amazing, clean and comfortable. But what stood out was the incredible and friendly staff who would go out of their way to help you with your stay. They are eager to provide information on nearby restaurants, giving their personal recommendations, and not only did they give us free shuttle service into town, they did it with such friendliness and made us feel really welcomed. Next time i'm visiting Niseko, i'm most likely going to be staying at intuition.

The holiday home consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee machine, and 2 bathrooms with a hot tub and slippers. Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. House was clean and warm. All household items were as clean as new. The TV was also large. I even liked the bidet in the bathroom.^^ The hot spring water was also really good. I liked the surrounding village as it had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. There was a large snow field near the accommodation that few people visited, so it was great to play in the snow. My family stayed for 4 nights, and we definitely want to come back next time and stay longer. It was a place I really liked.

The location is superb, the house itself is warm, spacious and clean, and the hosts Yoshi and Nana were just the best people. They were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay - including restaurant recommendations, slope tips, and even showing us a few off piste runs on a quiet day!
