Staff members, both old and young are exceptional and carry on the traditions of Japanese hospitality. The food, both breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Great variety of traditional Japanese cuisines. Every meal different items (except rice of course :>) . The natural spring hot tub just outside the room was very spacious. Temperature is adjustable by yourself. Truly a great place to spend 3 nights or more. Neighborhood walking also pleasant.
