It was an incredible stay, the place has a unique energy and the meditation, prayers and fire ceremony and the night tour of the cementery are very memorable. The food was one of the best we had in our trip - and it was vegan

The location is in a quiet area, just 700 meters from the train station, about 1.2 km from Osaka Station, and 600 meters from a supermarket. We also discovered a fantastic local restaurant and several convenience stores nearby. The apartment is decorated in a traditional Japanese style, very clean, and equipped with modern facilities—everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent; they responded to messages quickly and were very helpful throughout our visit. I truly appreciated the host’s kindness—he helped carry our two heaviest suitcases to the train station at 5 a.m. in 3-degree weather. I’m happy to recommend this property to anyone looking to explore Osaka with a great-value accommodation option.

Situated conveniently in the Higashiyama Ward district of Kyoto, 祇園四条ホテル is set 100 metres from Gion Shijo Station, 800 metres from Samurai Kembu Kyoto and 1.7 km from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall. The property is situated 1.3 km from Shoren-in Temple, 2 km from Kiyomizu-dera Temple and 2 km from Kyoto International Manga Museum. The hotel features a hot tub, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. We stayed there for only one night and wished if it could have been more. Totally loved the place. Centrally located in Kyoto. Minutes walking to the best spots in town. Just cross the street for a metro station and a bus stop. Overlooking the river. Regarding our room it was huge compared to hotels in Japan, our bathroom had a hot tub, pyjamas (kimono style), definitely a Japanese styled bidet and a very large TV screen. They allow luggage storage before check in and after check out. Decent staff. Totally recommended
