Everything was perfect! The staff was so friendly and helpful, even with the language barrier. They really went beyond! Stayed in the single room, it was minimal and clean, with all needed. Was able to use the sauna and onsen, at no extra charge. The location is amazing, with an amazing view. The terrace view is breathtaking! However a little outside of town, so might be hard to get access to without a car/bicycle. The shared bathroom was extra clean, and the onsen was amazing, with several free amenities. If you're travelling alone, the single room is a great option!

The room was wonderful, spacious, bright and cozy. The tatami and traditional decoration made it even more charming. The hotel provides you with a pass so that you have free access to all the 7 onsen of Kinosaki, along with towels and traditional attire to enjoy the experience more. The hotel has two private onsen, which were one of the best things. We spent some time there and loved it. Hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. We will certainly stay in Koyado enn next time we visit Kinosaki.
