We loved the room, the hot tub in the room and the very helpful staff. And of course the Mt. Fuji view. We were on the 3rd floor, but we still got a good view of the mountain.

There is a person in charge of your stay that will bring you dinner each night and ask if you need anything. Dinner served at the bedroom is delicious, and the onsen is gorgeous. Would recommend 10/10. Breakfast is also excellent, with western and japanese food.
