The property has a beautiful, natural exterior, but inside, it offers a luxurious experience. It features a spa downstairs and stunning rooms, complete with a living area and separate bathrooms. I especially appreciated that I could separate the sleeping area from the living space. The bathroom was wonderful, allowing for a great shower experience. The breakfast was also delicious, with options that you can order to your liking, including a wonderful traditional Tuscany breakfast. The location is very convenient, situated about 30 minutes from popular attractions, making it easy to explore by car. We truly enjoyed the fantastic facilities and look forward to returning next time.

We had a truly exceptional stay. Our apartment on the second floor was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the small terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and drank wine with cheese. The grounds near the house were lovely and green, featuring comfortable hammocks and perfect spots to watch the sunset. The hosts were genuinely nice and welcoming. We also had a good dinner at their restaurant, which is only a five-minute drive from the house. The drive to San Quirico takes about 20 minutes, and the road is unpaved but manageable. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the accommodation was excellent. The hosts, Elena and Giovanna, took care of every little detail and always paid discreet attention to our well-being. Everything was perfect: peace and tranquility, homemade products at breakfast, the apartment we stayed in, the cleanliness of the room and the tidy surroundings, the beautiful pool and the pleasant guests. Undoubtedly a place to which we would happily return.
