Very good breakfast and fantastic dinner (local specialties in a wonderful Tuscan garden). I suggest trying out their kitchen at least once during your stay. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and good soundproofing (it is not noisy at all).

This 11th century Tuscan farmhouse is nestled in the beautiful Florentine hills, amongst private gardens where you can enjoy al fresco dining. All rooms offer air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. A beautiful location set in the hills in Barberino di Mugello, about 1.5 hours northeast of Firenze. Spacious room, pool,spa and delicious breakfast! Dinner at night, optional, was amazing! Staff was attentive and so sweet!

We loved San Gimignano and the location of the hotel was perfect - in the square, but quiet. The room was a little basic (but we really can’t complain given the price!) but clean, comfortable and roomy. We had a garden view which was great as we overlooked the stunning countryside. The staff were lovely - very accommodating, polite and professional. If (when!) we return to San Gimignano, we would definitely stay at Leon Bianco.
