The swimming pool wasn't huge, but big enough to cool down. It had a lovely ambience. The location was great, in the "Venice" of Livorno and walking distance to great eateries. The breakfast was also good. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect place, room has everything what you could need, few drinks in the minibar which included in the price and refilled every day. Owner is really nice and friendly, felt like a friend of us, even gave us some home made cakes for the road when we left. Florence is 15-20 min away by car. The garden is beautiful, perfect to sit out with morning coffe or with a wine during the evening.

Dinner was great in the restaurant and super breakfast. All is good. Super recommended. Worth the price.

Rooms have original features such as wood-beamed ceilings and modern amenities including air conditioning and satellite TV. WiFi access is available in the lobby and rooms. There is also an internet point. Great location. Wonderful breakfast buffet. The room was bigger than most rooms in Italy.
