Our apartment was in a prime location in Trieste. only 15 minutes from the train station and just next to the Piazza Unità d'Italia. There was a huge choice of Restaurants and bars, with 2 just outside our building. Loved the atmosphere and loved the people. Our hosts, Diana and Giovanni were absolutely delightful. They visited us shortly after we arrived, offering any assistance that we needed. Diana booked a hair appointment for me, where I had the most awesome experience. there were many celebrations and performances while we were there, with the Papa Francesca (Pope Frances) visiting on the Sunday. Felt very blessed. During a stay we wished to visit Cittanova d'Istria (Novigrad - Croatia) for personal reasons. Diana enthusiastically offered to take us. We had a lovely day with Diana and her gorgeous daughter Sofie visiting Cittanova d' Istria. Trieste is such a lovely place to visit. Highly, highly highly recommend the San Nicolo Suites. I loved staying at the Encanto, it is in a calm and peaceful environment, with a lovely view at the sea and the city. But still close to the main attractions and the city, only 30 mins drive to Trieste, 1.5 hours to Treviso, 2 hours to Venice. The porch has an amazing view, and we really enjoyed having a coffee with birds chirping in the background. The hosts were amazing, very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty. All the facilities at the property are great, beds very comfy, the porch is amazing.

The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly and our room had a lovely view of the nearby forest. The breakfast was included and was very delicious as well.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, B&B Maison 3 Magnoni is set in Trieste, 3.2 km from Piazza dell Unita d'Italia. Private parking is available on site. I recommend staying here to anyone looking for a very clean home with a lot of character. There's plenty of parking space in the private courtyard and a key-operated gate which gave me an extra feeling of security. The area is situated on a hill and is rather residential so you can get the feeling of living like a local in Trieste. The amenities are perfectly clean and very comfortable. Downtown is accessible in a few minutes by car, and so is the highway. The host Francesca is very friendly and helpful and I felt very welcome right away. If I happen to travel to Trieste I would like to stay here again.

Set in Sistiana in the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, the Tivoli Portopiccolo Sistiana Resort & Spa, features a fitness and wellness centre, and views of the sea. It was a really great experience. The hotel, location, and staff were all incredible — we enjoyed our stay a lot. We also wanted to highlight how wonderful Roberto and Macarena from the breakfast team were — extremely kind, polite, and professional. Pavle from the beach staff was also incredibly helpful.
