Amazing location, we loved being in the annex in the historic tower with a large shaded patio right outside. Breakfast was very good and the location is so walkable to every place in Lucca.

The apartment was an excellent size and we were not tripping over each other, especially in the kitchen where we prepped our own meals. Beds were very comfortable. 10 minute walk to the train station.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. We had an amazing holiday in Amerigo’s and Tatiana’s house. What a beautiful property. Although the property is away from the walls of the town, you do have services close to the house. The house is beautifully kept, modern and comfortable. We were only me and my husband but it can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a massive garden, parking space and a jacuzzi. Also an outdoor dining area and a BBQ. The bed was extremely comfortable!, and the rooms are huge!. It must be one the nicest places we have ever stayed in all this years, and if we come again next year for the Lucca summer festival, we will be looking to see if Casa Annuziata is available, as we know the place is worth it. It has everything you need, the location is very good, you can walk to the historic center and there are several supermarkets nearby and shopping is easy. We were 10 friends with 3 cars, the house can certainly accommodate twice as many people and cars. Giorgio is an excellent host, he gave us very good recommendations for everything we needed. We would love to visit Villa Lenzi again.
