Staff was nice and helpful. Dog friendly accomodation. They even prepared two bowls for our dogs.

The hotel is not very big - which I personally like and has a perfect location - a bit far from the center of the city. You still can reach the center by 20-minute walk or with the help of the hotel shuttle. The room is small but has everything necessary for a stay. The breakfast is superb and has plenty of options. The main advantage is, of course, the stunning view! The staff was friendly and ready to help. They also arranged a free pick-up for us (we arrived by ferry). The area by the pool is nice and relaxing (though the pool is only 1.2m deep - but still ok).

Perfect location, nice garden and view on lake. Rooms are modern and clean. Relax area is calm despite hotel was full, comfortable parking. I can also recommend dinner, meals were delicious and creative. Friendly staff. Our fourth time visit and definitely not last one.

Rooms at Esprit have tiled floors, a TV with satellite channels, and free Wi-Fi. Many have a balcony and a lake view. Aptly named, you would be very hard pressed to find a better view from a hotel anywhere. Whether from our balcony, the restaurant, the terraces, the heated infinity pool, the hot tubs, the view was exceptional and spell-binding. We enjoyed the check out time of 12.00noon and the ability to use the facilities until 6.00pm. The breakfast offered a vast choice of continental options and we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant.
