We had reserved rooms with "mountain view", but the rooms were actually on the backside of the building with views of the valley rather than Etna. After much discussion, we were able to pay an extra 20 Euro per room to move to suites with Etna view. The only rooms with Etna view are the three suites with jacuzzi baths, all on the ground floor. The pool is nice, but really doesn't have much of a view as there is a large building next door.blocking the view. The suites were very modern with comfortable beds.

We are a couple with 2 kids had the most wonderful stay at this amazing hotel. The property is beautifully designed and incredibly peaceful, with a calming atmosphere that made it the perfect escape. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the views were simply breathtaking—you can see Mount Etna in the distance, surrounded by endless vineyards. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the service. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They made us feel so welcomed, and really made our vacation better. We left already dreaming of coming back—this place is truly special. Thank you for a perfect vacation.

The hotel staff is nice and will provide you with all the information and help you will need including recommendations for trips. I want to give a special thanks to Antonio from reception for all the help and personal attention! A very special person! If we come back to Taormina again I will return to this hotel just because of amazing Antonio!

Extremely high quality of materials when this building was made. Sound proof rooms, great mattress, good blinds. Lots of facilities, including a jacuzzi and sauna (€9 per person extra). Breakfast was small but lots of variety. Excellent people running the place, very helpful and full of useful information. The view is nice too, we had a see view room. Would come again.

The unique athmosphere, the luxury mixed with down to earth vibe and most of all : lovely personelle. This is one of those hidden gems that will stick to you. I tell everybody about this place who are going to Sicily. The wine cellar is cooled by the natural temperature there, built into the rocks. The restaurant has amazing food. They have two tame foxes😍 All day long you can hear to boulder from mother Etna, and we were lucky to see lava eruption when we were there in July. I also think this place is wonderful in any season. All the details makes you wonder around, hammocks outside. Fresh food and snack. It’s up in the mountain so the air is fresher than on the beach. I loved it here- I loved the energy. I really got to relax.

The location is just in front of the Acireale Train Station and is half an hour away from the city center where Piazza Duomo can be reached. The apartment had a combined kitchen and living room, a bathroom, one big bedroom, and another bedroom on a terrace. It was furnished with all necessities, spacious, and very well kept. It is ideal both for the winter and summer periods. In winter it feels very cozy and welcoming while for the summer period, there are two outdoor pools. I was in Acireale for the carnival nevertheless there was a tranquil atmosphere. A truly relaxing experience. Certainly, not my last experience in this villa but will be back for sure.
