The place is clean, very good situated between the bus station (5 minutes walk) and the city center (5 to 10 minutes walk). Host informed us promptly about what we needed to know and was very responsive. 2 large bathrooms with nice lighting. Comfortable beds.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel grounds are immaculately maintained and lush with greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The pool was a real treat — clean, inviting, and surrounded by greenery, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was another highlight: a generous and delicious spread featuring freshly baked croissants and seasonal local fruits. What truly made our stay exceptional was the host and the wonderful staff. They were incredibly helpful, offering great suggestions for activities and even booking restaurants for us. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. We felt truly cared for, and we would absolutely return.

Beautiful grounds with properly cared landscaping and good taste in design and furniture selection; adds up to the atmosphere. Outstanding staff! Delicious breakfast and great selection of fresh fruits, juices, coffee, and homemade cakes. They offer well-made charcuterie options for the evening to pair with their wine. The spa was great too. But the hot tub was cold so we didn’t use it. Es comfortable, bathroom nice, great view from bedroom. I would recommend it and would come back!

Staff was very friendly and informative. Loved the whirlpool and waking to the sounds of Etna erupting. Got a personal concert from a robin while in the whirlpool. Food is great too. Nice hikes nearby. Frequent visits from the local fox - I forget its name, but it does have one.

The location is just in front of the Acireale Train Station and is half an hour away from the city center where Piazza Duomo can be reached. The apartment had a combined kitchen and living room, a bathroom, one big bedroom, and another bedroom on a terrace. It was furnished with all necessities, spacious, and very well kept. It is ideal both for the winter and summer periods. In winter it feels very cozy and welcoming while for the summer period, there are two outdoor pools. I was in Acireale for the carnival nevertheless there was a tranquil atmosphere. A truly relaxing experience. Certainly, not my last experience in this villa but will be back for sure.
