They are all smiling and ready to serve. Free safe parking opposite the accommodation. Excellent breakfast (for the standards of the Italian breakfast which is generally poor and with a lot of sugar). Beautiful pool, everything beautiful, spotlessly clean. Whatever I asked for they satisfied me to the fullest. I would definitely go back. I definitely recommend it

The rooms of Villa Athena Resort are air conditioned, and feature a TV and a private marble bathroom. Some have views of the garden, and some overlook the temples. An American breakfast is served daily. We were upgraded on arrival to a beautiful room looking directly out over the temples, simply stunning. Our room was really beautiful and spacious, and the staff so helpful. Pool was a great warm temperature, quite a change after experiencing many cool pools in Sicily! Finally the restaurant, Terrace of the Gods - we had 'front row' seats looking directly onto the temples and the food was outstanding!

At the bed and breakfast, units are fitted with bed linen and towels. We enjoyed everything about our stay at La Corte Di Afea. We opted into having dinner at the Villa for convenience as we got the train into Agrigento and didn't have a car to get around. We are so glad we did! The food was cooked to perfection and found the portion sizes perfect, especially after a long walk around the temples. It was a very peaceful location and we spent a lot of time relaxing which was just what we needed. The host family were very accommodating and put a lot of effort into making our stay as best as possible.

Our rooms were comfortable, bright, clean, and nicely furnished in the local contemporary style. Breakfast is ordered the day before from a menu offering a wide variety of food, fruits, and juices—wonderfully prepared selections delivered to the rooms for a delightful self-serve breakfast. If you're driving, I recommend initially parking in the public lot at the edge of town, leaving your luggage, and walking to the BeB to check in. The BeB is situated in the city center, on a small street with limited parking. Once checked in, you can get driving directions and retrieve your car and luggage. If you're lucky, an on-street parking space might be available nearby.

The owner was so sweet and generous! We were in Agrigento as part of my husband’s birthday celebration and I asked her for a card. She greeted us with the card, cake, balloons, and so much joy! Every moment, Krizia went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our entire stay that we decided to extend it! The room itself was a haven of tranquility, with modern amenities and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The spa was a nice addition during a rainy day. The grounds were impeccably maintained, with lush gardens and pristine swimming pool providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation. I highly recommend it!

I really recommend this stay if you are visiting Agrigento or the temples!! It looks even better in real life than on the pictures. *Room was clean,very good bed+pillow, large, seatings in front of the terrace(We had the blue room in front of the pool). *We were able to park the car behind the gate * swimming pool + area is really nice! Full of green and big enough for the guests. Also outside shower present * 4min drive from the old town Agrigento (which is very cosy at night) * the breakfast was one of the best We had in Sicily! (Very big and lots of options!!) * the view is heavenly! * if people write about busy road and lots of noise, its really not that bad. There is a road next to it, but not like its a highway or so. I can assure you, you feel perfectly zen around the pool area and no trouble sleeping at night! + big : very lovely friendly family! Carla(daughter gave us friendly welcome and lots of information) and Antonella was very friendly at breakfast ( she speaks french btw!) We had a lovely stay and would gladly stay here again!
