At the apartment complex, some units are soundproof. The location is great, having a great view of both the waterfall behind the property and the ocean while relaxing in the hot tub. The rooms are lovely with a large communal kitchen. If I could go back in time I'd have based more of my trip out of here. The rooms were much nicer than we expected based on the price and frankly it was a better night than the hotel twice the price down the road.

This hotel is set on a farm within the Golden Circle Region, 15 minutes’ drive from Gulfoss Waterfall and Geysir hot water springs. It offers horse riding during the summer season, traditional cooking and a geothermal outdoor hot tub. The farm atmosphere / animals gives you relaxed feeling. The room was ready before check in time, so we could do early check-in without extra cost. We needed to wash a few pieces of clothing upon arrival, and the friendly staff washed them right away.
