Rakesh Bhaiya was very helpful throughout our journey from the moment I booked with them on Booking.com till I reached railway station. Rakesh has very good service-oriented mindset, helped us a lot during our stay and to plan activities in varanasi. All the things were handled professionally. Facilities in the premises were good. Since the hotel was a little away from the ghat, I did not have issue of entering the crowded varanasi. I highly recommend people to visit Tattva for your varanasi experiences.

Very nice apartments in a quiet location. There is a kitchenette inside where you can make tea or coffee, everything is clean. The bedding is clean, the bathroom is tidy, soap, shampoo and toilet paper are provided. There is even a rubber tool for scraping water on the ground. The bed is very comfortable, not too soft, there is air conditioning and very good wifi. This is probably the best apartment I have rented in India in terms of price and comfort.

My husband would have preferred a different variety of food at breakfasts - perhaps pancakes and/or eggs, he's not a big yogourt fan! I was fine with the breakfasts. We also had 2 dinners during our 3 nights there and they were good, though as seniors who don't eat a lot, the fixed price for 2 was double what we usually paid when we could share.
