The room is totally new, very nicely designed and cosy, the people were helpful. The location is 2 mins away from the beach and like 20 of walking from the city, perfect and quiet also.

This family-run property is situated on a hillside, just 250 metres from Agia Paraskevi Beach. Lovely hotel with great staff and facilities. Easy walk to a fantastic beach. Travelling with teenagers so it was great for them to be able to come and go as they pleased. We ate really well at the local restaurants but it's also super easy to jump on the bus into Skiathos Town. You don't really need to hire a car if you are happy to stick to the south of the island. We were leaving on a late ferry so stayed by the pool for the last day and used the shower/changing facilities available.

The view from the room is breathtaking and a great way to start the day with the morning coffee. The nearest beach is 10-15 min walk across the street and we find it to be one of the best we’ve been to on the island. The location of the apartment is very quiet and peaceful, so definitely recommended.
