The hotel is tastefully decorated, blending boutique charm with the comfort of a homely atmosphere. Gianni, the owner, truly made our stay special—his friendly and attentive approach made us feel genuinely welcomed. Every morning, he prepared a varied breakfast and served us aromatic Greek coffee, which we enjoyed while gazing at Mount Olympus from our balcony. He also gave us great recommendations, including To Pazari, a local fish tavern that we absolutely loved for its authentic vibe and delicious food. The location is excellent—just a short 3-minute walk from the historical center, full of cozy spots to eat, drink, or simply wander around. Litochoro is ideally located, with easy access to all the beaches in the area as well as the paths to the mountain.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to provide an exceptional service experience – they were friendly, professional, and always available for any request. The breakfast was rich, diverse, and delicious, featuring fresh, local products that made for a perfect start to the day.

Featuring a balcony with sea views, a private beach area and an outdoor swimming pool, Havana Villas can be found in Leptokaria, close to Leptokarya Beach and 23 km from Archaeological Museum of Dion. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The holiday home has a picnic area and a hot tub. We had a fantastic stay at Havana Villas. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children and found the conditions really good. The beds are comfy, the AC does wonders, the bathroom has everything you'd need, and it is quiet at night. We slept pretty well. The beach is incredibly close. The hosts were great, very polite and helpful. They were always around to help, and they always had a smile for us. They also offered us refreshments, fruits and biscuits when we left. That was really nice of them. I appreciated a lot everything they did. I definitely recommand Havana Villas.

We didn't have a feeling that we were on vacataion, it was more as visiting a friends. Dimitris is a excellent chef, everything we ate was delicious. We will definitely go back.

The classic rooms at Kymata have private furnished balconies with views of the sea. Each has a modern bathroom with hairdryer. Suites with hot tubs are available. Totally different experience than any other hotel in Greece we’ve been. It seems its a family business and guests are treated with care ). Facilities were perfect. I must note that we were at a Luxury appartment as named on Booking. I liked that the music in the restaurant, the elevator and the lobby was always perfectly volumed almost unnoticeable and yet pleasant playing classics mostly. Private beach was not crowded.
