The room was clean spacious and every single second you feel that you have your privacy during your stay. The staff and Panagiota the hotel manager, were the “epitome of Greek hospitality”! Professional, friendly and explainable and every time you need assistance, they are available with big Greek smile for you. The food was made with presence and love, with traditional local plates and a great breakfast to start your sunny day. There is a cool Spa as well with nice energy.

Kastro Maini is located in the heart of the historic Areopolis, in central Mani. The traditional stone-built building features a pool with hydromassage and a pool for children.

Accommodation at Kastro Maini consists of well-furnished, spacious rooms with traditional iron beds. The private balconies have view to the gulf of Messiniakos or to the southern part of the Mount of Taygetos, called Sagias. Very polite and helpful staff. Very clean throughout. Lovely pool. Fresh room towels daily. Food and drinks reasonably priced.

Built in the traditional style of Mani architecture, Ktima Karageorgou offers beautifully appointed rooms. Each suite has been elegantly designed to create an intimate and relaxing environment. They include a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge. There is a lovely outdoor pool for guests to enjoy a refreshing dip. Pleasantly surprised how much it blended in with the locations. Very close to town but far enough not be in the hustle and bustle - 5 minute walk to centre of town.
