Amazing place with a great sea view right on the beach. All the restaurants are literally just meters away. If you go there you can just leave your car and enjoy your time. They bring you breakfast in bamboo baskets and it was always more than one would need. The pool is really nice and a great way to relax and watch the sunsets while enjoying a drink. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. The villas are very cozy and done in a very modern way. It is a 10! One of the best vacations we've had as a family. I definitely recommend it and would go again!

Only 500 metres from the nearest beach in Kallithea Halkidikis, Vellum Luxury Living features an outdoor pool with sun loungers, and modernly furnished rooms with a balcony. the location is great, its quiet zone but close to everything, close to the best beach and also good pool tha staff are awsome

If you're planning a family vacation, this is the right place for you! Very clean, very quiet, very reasonable prices. The owners were very nice and always available to help you with any information. You have everything you need at walking distance (beach, taverns, supermakert, pharmacy). I personally like to visit different beaches and i can say it's at 15-30 driving minutes from the best beaches of Kassandra (Simantro, Elani, Possidi and Paliouri)

Probably the best looking building in the area. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and they had great hospitality.
