This hotel is very beautiful and aesthetic. We had breakfast and dinner included. The food was tasty and different every day. The rooms were clean, and cleaning was done every day. The beach area is also very aesthetic, the sea is clean, and the views are absolutely amazing. In the evenings, there is live music or a DJ. Special thanks to Vasilis — he was very helpful and answered all our questions. I truly recommend this hotel. If someone asks me where to stay on Zakynthos — I would definitely say this hotel.

Boasting a seasonal outdoor pool and a furnished sun terrace with Kommeno Bay views, this 5-star hotel offers 24-hour concierge and 24/7 room service. Everything was at the highest level. This was one of the best experiences we've ever had at a hotel. The room was spotless and the breakfast was varied while also using really high quality products. Their restaurants are also amazing having fine dining dishes and super friendly restaurants waiters. We were most impressed by mr Dumitru who went above and beyond to make our stay the best, he helped my girlfriend organize a surprise for my birthday and even offered us a cake and some champagne. We highly recommend this hotel! Amazing experience!

The people from the hotel are absolutely amazing, they are super nice and super helpful, giving us advice about what to see or where to go. They even helped us with a problem we had with our ferry. They are friendly and close to you, it was probably one of the best services I've ever had. The place is beautiful and calm, you can definitely chill a lot there, it's full of cute and friendly cats. The room was better than what we expected, big and comfortable, with all the things you might need (good bed with additional blankets in case you are cold, a fully equipped bathroom, a small terrace, big closet, a vanity, and even a small kitchen, also it has AC). The bar in the hotel is good too, their food tastes good and the prices are okay too!! The swimming pool is clean, as are all the areas in general, we are very happy about our stay there!!!!! Thank you so much! We also had the chance to do laundry.

The kitchen was fully equipped, there was a TV and air conditioning in every room, and we really appreciated the reserved parking spot. The location was right by the road, making it easily accessible. Highly recommended!

A special thank you to Maria, Guest Relations Manager, who made every day memorable and supported us throughout the wedding preparations. We are also deeply grateful to Arsid, whose professionalism and generosity meant a lot to us — including the champagne, which made our celebration even more special. The hotel has a Michelin Key, but what impressed us most was the atmosphere, comfort, service, and attention to detail. This is not just a hotel stay; it is a unique experience. Breakfasts are excellent, with fresh juices, a rich buffet, and à la carte options. On arrival, we were welcomed with breakfast instead of waiting for check-in, which was a wonderful gesture. The hotel also upgraded our room for our wedding, something we will always remember. We highly recommend staying for at least 7 days to enjoy all the events and special dinners. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return.
