Amazing location with perfect view on the sea and romantic sunset. Staff is simply wonderful, paying attention to all details and providing top level service. Room with infinite pool is a top choice to relax and enjoy amazing view. Breakfast is excellent, great selection of dishes. Parking in front of the hotel, while they also provide great support for any transfer or information you need.

I had a great experience staying in Heraklion. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the amazing service. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always available to assist with anything I needed. They helped me arrange taxis when I needed them and gave great local recommendations for places to eat nearby – all of which were spot on! It made my stay much smoother and more enjoyable. Beautiful hotel in the very heart of Athens, in the proximity of Syntagma Square and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants and to all major attractions. The room was nicely decorated, super clean and comfortable, and I was upgraded to a suite, which was a nice gesture from the part of the hotel. I loved everything about this hotel. At first sight - we just thought that everything was beautiful and clean. But then we realized that this hotel really cares about their guests and the service is really out of this world. Chris, that was in the reception majority of the time that we stayed there, always aimed for us to have the best time even though it rained while we stayed in the hotel for a majority of our visit. She and her colleagues always greeted us with smiles, giving us tips about where to go and how to get to those places. I know that it doesn’t sound like it’s anything more than ”regular” service, but when you meet people that treat you so good as they treated us in a 5-star hotel (and mind you - that doesn’t happen often since we mainly stay at 5-star hotels) then you appreciate the whole trip in a complete other way. Also, me and my boyfriend have worked within hospitality and service during the majority of our careers and we know that good service takes energy and commitment. If the manager of this hotel sees this review - please tell everybody on your team how great they are! Because we will be back in the fall again (booked another visit day 2 of our stay). And (!) not to forget to mention the spa. I got a treatment from Maria Hanaroli down at the spa and it was amazing! If you stay at the hotel make sure to get a treatment with her to make your trip even more luxurious.
