Kitchen has everything you might need and bathroom was very spacious, equipped even with a Rowe warmer. Little fireplace felt really cozy.

Knipoch now has a Hot Tub It is super well-presented and everything is thought out to the last detail. I really did not expect it to be as nice for the low price we paid.

Set in a magnificent building, the hotel has scenic views and elegant rooms. Ideally located by the 17th fairway of the Old Course. The rooms were extremely plush and comfortable and the amenities of the hotel were exceptional. The only thing it lacks is a dry room which we expected given the hotel plays host to golfers and the weather can be very wet.

Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the balcony, which also has outdoor furniture. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Beautiful tiny home, with a great little log burner. Beautiful location well located near Ballater. Comfortable bed.

The kitchen was also well equipped. the airport is about 25 min drive from the property. The check in instructions were good and the host was contactable by Whatsapp and the booking.com app.
