The newer area of the hotel was very nicely decorated and clean, and the old part of the estate still had a very cosy feeling, especially the bar in the "library" where we could sit and have a few drinks after dinner.

Located in a quiet environment and a "base camp" for exploring Loch Lomond and the surrounding region. Well suited for longer stays. Very friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out.

This is without a doubt a 10/10 property. The generosity and hospitality shown by the hosts is second to none. We stayed in a family cabin and it was surprisingly spacious, so clean, comfortable and equiped with everything we needed. The hot tub was of course a highlight of the trip, as was getting to pat and feed the highland cows (plus other farm animals). The holiday home consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a hot tub and a hair dryer. Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the balcony, which also has outdoor furniture. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. This was just wonderful, I’d have stayed longer had it been available. Such a cutely furnished tiny house. The lovely hosts are always trying to improve these already excellent cabins by adding more thoughtful details. I loved the skylight above the bed. Best light for reading. Drift off to sleep with the stars twinkling above you. Great Deeside walks just outside the front door. Perfect cosy place for two; I’d say fitting four in here might get a little cramped, especially if you’re going to leave 4 people’s luggage lying around randomly. Hot tub a nice feature. One commenter complained about not being able to use it in the rain, which, frankly, is weird. When you’re immersed in hot water, the rain can’t touch you. The hosts were extremely friendly, and, in my case, literally went that extra mile! Big thank you to Karl, Bess, and Stacey!

The cottage is a super adorable one bedroom apartment and has all that you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was super clean and stocked well with amenities like coffee and shower supplies. We were extremely pleased and so glad we booked this property!
