We have been there in late January 2025 and despite the freezing temperatures outside, the suite felt very cosy and intimate, even if it has big windows with beautiful winter view. Also it has everything you need, with the little kitchen impressively fully equipped. It was spotless clean everywhere, parking space in front of the place, wi-fi was great. For Aurora hunters it's a perfect place, you can walk outside and see it from the frozen lake nearby. We enjoyed our stay there and we'll definitely come back.

The hotel has three different room types. The Wilderness Rooms are located in the main building and the newer Juutua Suites and Arctic Rooms in separate buildings. The rooms are double rooms. Some rooms are located upstairs, accessible by stairs. All rooms have a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, WiFi, kettle and hairdryer. Some rooms have a private sauna. The hotel is by a beautiful river, close to the Siida Museum, and near trails. It has comfortable common areas with close views of the river. The in room sauna was a delight. And the room was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Stores and cafes were just a short walk away.

All rooms will provide guests with a fridge. Clean, modern and comfortable! The forest view is amazing and staff were fantastic.

Located in Salla, Lapland region, Salla Wilderness Lodges is set 3.1 km from Salla Mountain. Providing a restaurant, the property also has a terrace, as well as a hot tub. Every room is equipped with a balcony. It is a charming city away from Rovaniemi, it was a bit of scary ride of 2h30min over snow and icy roads. But getting there, we love everything about the place, our room was perfect, the pictures are as true as the experience. We had our private sauna and jacuzzi which we spoiled ourselves everyday. Breakfast and dinner was nice at the receptiom. The place is near to all attraction ski and the middle of nowhere views. We will be returning as we are in love with everything here! We even saw the northern lights from our room.
