Raul and his team are amazing hosts. The breakfast is amazing. Love the location. Lovely breakfast with great choice. Love the honesty bar and views from the upstairs terrace. Absolutely nothing to dislike. A 5☆ hotel, as far as we are concerned 🤗🥰

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and have everything you’d need. Location can’t be beat, it’s in the heart of the city, close to beach and Benidorm palace. The roof top pool is heated which was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. But… even better than all of that are the employees, they were friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to provide excellent service. Absolutely delighted with this hotel

Great location, next to the beach, the stuff so polite and kind, always smiling and helpful, the food was very very good and at a great price, we ate every day in the hotel, lunch or dinner. We enjoyed so much the 3 swimming pools the hotel had, and spa with massage. We were with our kids, they had so much fun. We were planning on visiting other cities but because we enjoyed so much the hotel we prefered to stay in it and only visited Valencia

The location is excellent. Breakfast selection very good The pool bar, food and cocktails excellent. The room was great and staff super helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel, staff were superb. Complimentary cava in the room to celebrate our anniversary was a lovely touch, thank you so much! Hope to come back again.
