The rooms are cleaned well and all staff is super friendly. The hotel is not new, but is still nice and looks good. Heated pool is another great asset of this place. Also there’s a laundry room where for 4.5 euro token you can wash your clothes - that was very comfortable when you travel with kids. It is around 20 min by foot to the beach, so having a car is recommended unless you like going uphill on the way back from the beach.

I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the majestic colonial style space and lush, well-manicured gardens The resort boasts multiple pools, each with crystal-clear water, some heated, some refreshing. A perfect combination. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip to cool off, do some laps or lounge in the water there’s a pool for every mood. Or just spend the day on a comfy sunbed or even balinese beds to soak in the peaceful atmosphere. There is no need to reserve it at dawn ;) there are enough of them. The beautiful beach pkaya del duque is just a short walk away. in my opinion the nicest beach i have seen in teneriffe. there are lots of cafes, bars and fish restaurants on the sea promenade. Its a lovely upscale area. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure guests felt comfortable and cared for. Their attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable. Food was another highlight! The breakfast and dinner buffets were simply outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes. As for the rooms—absolutely stunning! Spacious, elegantly designed, and featuring ultra-comfortable beds that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Some rooms even come with a private jacuzzi in the garden, and I was lucky enough to have one! Relaxing under the stars in my own private oasis was an unforgettable experience. This hotel is pure perfection. I can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a luxurious escape with top-notch service, amazing food, and breathtaking surroundings, this is hotel is incredible value.

Guests can relax in the spa and wellness centre, including a hammam and a sauna, or in the garden. We had an incredible time during our stay at Royal River! Lydia, the manager was very hospitable and ensured we had a fantastic stay. Samir at the reception helped us with a smooth check in and had excellent recommendations of restaurants around the island. The rooftop restaurant was gorgeous with views of the sea and mountains, we really appreciated that they had a special vegetarian menu for us! Also enjoyed the breakfast spread especially the Churros and violinist by the pool on Sunday. The real highlight was of course the stunning blue and green river combined with our private pool! Absolutely loved the relaxing jacuzzi and infinity pool too. Cannot wait to come back and stay here! Luxury at its best.

There hotel features panoramic views of the golf course, Atlantic Ocean and La Gomera Island. There is a large outdoor swimming pool. The spa centre includes a sauna, hot tub and Turkish bath. There are massage treatments and a beauty salon. Everything was great. I loved the view from the second floor, which offered an amazing vista of the golf course and a bit of the sea. It’s such a quiet place, perfect if you’re looking for a destination to relax and enjoy tranquility. This is the best option book it without a doubt. The vibe of the hotel is a bit classy, so if you expect something modern, it won't meet your expectations. However, everything else is great: it's quiet, has amazing service, and the staff are doing their best to make your stay comfortable. Despite these points, I still give them a 10 out of 10. The hotel is amazing, and I highly recommend it. Just book it. It’s amazing!
