We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious room, very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. By far the largest selection I found in a hotel. Also, the live cooking from the dinner was a positives surprise for us. Staff extremely helpful, always smiling. We had our return flight late in the evening, but late checkout was not possible due to next bookings. Still, they allowed us to use all the amenities of the hotel even after checking out, and provided towels and access to shower.

The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). Fantastic! Both the scenery and the hotel rooms and public areas are just amazing, far exceeding expectations. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the outdoor swimming pool and the sea view! The view from the rooftop swimming pool is even better, with a wide-open view. The coastal walkway is very clean and there is a kind of plant with a sweet fragrance. The air is very good. There are a wide variety of breakfast options and the quality is excellent! We had lunch and dinner at the hotel's poolside restaurant. The view of the sea here is just amazing! It's much more beautiful than many popular scenic restaurants. The ingredients are all very fresh. It's just superb!

The à la carte restaurant at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) serves a selection of international cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. Clean, excellent staff, good breakfast

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. The property was expansive, exceptionally clean, full of like minded interesting and respectful people. I lived that they offered morning yoga five times a week and there were loads of families there so our daughter made a lot of friends which we all enjoyed. Lovely to have the pool and the ocean right there.

The accommodation offers a hot tub. The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and bike hire is available at this 4-star hotel. Staff was very kind and thoughtful. We got a room with half-board, breakfast and dinner were always very nice, tasty and eye-catching. If you have a food allergy, they care and there's always an option for you, since it is a buffet. Great location in town and close to the beach. Many stores close by. A couple of minutes away from the bus stop from and to Palma airport. I would definetely stay again if visiting Alcudia.

The room is beautiful, bed very comfy and quiet The facilities are AMAZING, the gym the spa the pool … the BUFFET is incredible, we stayed a week it was never the same . LOVED IT The staff very helpful and friendly
