She took great care of us and gave us so much good and detailed information about the area and things to do and see. She also brought us lovely treats and was very responsive to our needs without being intrusive. Very good communication. The apartment is great - very spacious and well equipped and has a really nice outdoor space. It worked really well for kids too as there is nothing too dangerous or breakable.
