Very friendly, helpful and personal service. The concierge staff went way beyond the call of duty to help us in every way. This hotel also holds the record for the quickest laundry service that we have ever experienced over decades of travel, almost defying the laws of physics. The 3 Michelin Star restaurant experience was out of this world.

It's 5' by car from the city of Onati and extremely rural at the same time. We really enjoyed the calmness and rest of this place. The rooms, beds and bathrooms are up class. The host is super friendly and helpful. 1h from Bilbao or san Sebastian, 45' to the sea, 5' to very nice walking areas. We visited urbia, which was wonderful. The aitzuli eye is also a great walk.

The location is absolutely charming, surrounded by greenery, peaceful and quiet – the perfect place to breathe, relax, and recharge. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure that our stay was perfect from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to come back!
