The hotel is exactly as described on the booking site. The room was very modern, clean, well isolated and the pool view with the see in the back was just great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the shower and the technician solved it in 5 min. The food was excellent (breakfast + dinner) with a great selection of wines. The pool is great and we liked the aquagym in the morning. The rooftop was perfect to admire the sunset and to enjoy some great music. The hotel is well connected with Palma through several busses (2 eur ticket)

Featuring plenty of natural light, each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms have a seating area. The hotel was perfectly located near to the beach. Our room was spacious, clean and modern, with the balcony overlooking the pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us rebook to a room on a lower floor. The breakfast and evening buffets were excellent and catered for all tastes. We had only booked breakfast but ended up having the evening buffet and lunch by the pool as well.

Access to our SPA is free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, heated sunbeds, hydromassage jets, beauty salon, and massage treatments (treatments - additional cost). The opening hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome between 12:00 and 16:00 (children must be accompanied by their parents during family time). The à la carte restaurant at Tomir Portals Suites - Adults Only +(16) serves a selection of international cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or in the lounge bar with live music some days a week. Everything! Nicolas the director/manager is an amazing host and made us both feel welcome and special throughout our stay He smells good, looks good, has sexy voice and dresses smart, plus he's cool with everyone

The spa features an indoor thermal pool, Turkish baths and sensation showers. It opens onto a palms garden where guests can relax in loungers. Treatments like massages and aromatherapy carry an extra cost. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The pool and beach area were really nice. The location was an easy walk to the central part of Palmanova. All in all a great stay!

Look out over the golden sands and clear waters of San Vicente Beach from this hotel. It is surrounded by some of the natural scenery on the island of Ibiza.

The hotel has a Spa & Wellness area with indoor pool with jets, sauna, ice fountain and massage cabin. Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff and excellent service. Food was good and breakfast delicious , with a lot of different things to choose from. A wonderful place to just relax and disconnect from everything!

The staff was excellent and very friendly! The hotel has an International breakfast. The hotel itself is so beautiful with a lot of light, different types of indoor seating, covered patios, bar area, and three pools. The room was great with a lot of TV channels. I definitely recommend a stay here!

There is also a modern fitness centre, and a stylishly lit relaxation area with tea corner. Verry confortable and clean room, good food, in front of the beach with a great view.

Set within gardens, Helios Mallorca is located just off Palma Beach and offers rooms with air conditioning and a balcony. The outdoor pool is surrounded by a sun terrace.

Hotel Helios Mallorca includes an indoor swimming pool. Mini golf and table tennis facilities are also available, and the hotel provides entertainment every day. Everything was great. I loved the staff, the welcoming, the cleanliness, the facilities, the location that is great. I would recommend this hotel with pleasure and I would return to this hotel for my next holidays in palma. The staff were friendly and helpful. I asked them even for places to go in Mallorca. I appreciated even the welcoming and goodbye postcard from the hotel. The facilities were great too.
