The rooms are spacious and have everything you’d need. Location can’t be beat, it’s in the heart of the city, close to beach and Benidorm palace. The roof top pool is heated which was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. But… even better than all of that are the employees, they were friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to provide excellent service. I love the location, the staff, the cleanliness, the live music every night, the breakfast (especially that it’s served until 11), the pool area, the gym, the spa, the lobby, the decorations, the furniture, the bed, and the linens – honestly, everything! The hotel's spa has saunas, Turkish baths and an outdoor hot tub. Treatments on offered include facials, massage and wraps. Spacious rooms, nice staff. Very good restaurant and breakfast. I also appreciated little details as having two bottles of still water in the room every day.

The staff made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived to when we checked out. Adored the art deco feel of the accommodation from the reception to the rooms. The location was amazing with walking distance to the shops, cafes and beach. We can’t wait to come back.
