The employees are very professional, everyone was so friendly and helpful and they made me feel very comfortable and safe. Furthermore, the restaurants/bars in the hotel and the food (breakfast and dinner) were amazingly delicious. My hotel room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and had the perfect view on the Nile, which was stunning. Also, the travel agency of the hotel, Nasco, was very helpful in booking my tours (and I had the best tour guide with so much knowledge and interesting things to tell!!). All in all, I had the best stay, thanks to the Steigenberger Nile Palace Team and everything they offered. I would book the hotel again and I recommend you doing so as well. I also joined a tour with Hamdi, and it was definitely a highlight of my trip, he knows so much and makes it really fun and interesting. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxor.

Arranged activites, transport and sightseeing without any hassle. Best part however, was the hotel employees, the guides and the drivers he set us up with. Absolutely a joy to stay and if we ever come back - this is definetly the place we're staying at. Also dont bother going out to eat - the in house chef is fantastic!
