Absolutely everything was beyond expectations. The facilities are amazing but the services ranging from restaurants, spa, check in desk, concierge, cleaning, bar etc are next level.

All accommodation at Amarina Abu Soma Resort & Aquapark is air-conditioned and features a warm décor. Each room and suite includes a minibar, a satellite TV and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea and pool. it was perfect holiday. we were 5 rooms all of us were happy and were served professionally by hotel staff. special thanks for Mr Rahim for his help, support and his daily follow up about the Holiday. he did a very good job. also, special thanks for Mahmoud the beach bar man. he was always around us asking for more drinks. Really all the staff are very Smily and helpful

You can also access the gym, the tennis court and the games room for free. The service was fantastic! Especially upon arrival. We were met by Foxie and he was here to help us out our whole stay! He has a great presence and made us feel like we were at home. Big shout out to Mohammad the resident Shisha doctor. The music and personality he provided was just our vibe. We are so happy we chose Crystal Bay!

The hotel is beautiful, super green, you have amazing options of pools, one been heated and with small water slides which my kids enjoy so much, the fish restaurant was amazing and the Mexican restaurant too! The staff is incredible , amazing costumer relation and they made such an effort to celebrate my daughter’s birthday . The night show was spectacular , we can’t wait to be back and stay longer , 100% recommended!!
