This property was everything. I loved every single thing. We had a butler, it was an all inclusive package. The resort is huge, Iv never seen anything like it before. Really loved and enjoyed my stay here. Hany made sure we were taken cared of.

The aqua park was the highlight of the trip for our kids, offering a variety of slides and pools that kept them entertained for hours. It was clear that the facilities were thoughtfully designed with families in mind, providing a safe and fun environment that both children and parents could enjoy. The food was another standout aspect of our stay, far exceeding our expectations. The variety, quality, and flavors impressed us all, and even our picky eaters found dishes they loved. The attention to detail in every meal reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence. The combination of exceptional service, fantastic amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere made this stay unforgettable. The staff is super attentive, the food is varied and very good, the whole hotel is very clean. There is lots of swimming options - the ocean is right there accessible from the hotel and there are multiple pool areas. The hotel offers a different evening program every evening and has plenty of areas to lounge and enjoy a drink and a shisha. Our hotel room was very large and clean. We even received a special gift from the hotel where they decorated our bed and brought us fruit to our room. Also, for divers, there is the Orca Dive Club right on-site with lots of possibilities to learn how to dive and / or to explore the house reef and / or multiple other dive sights via boat trips. Shout out also to the awesome diving instructors and guides at the Dive Club. Awesome team!

Diving and snorkelling facilities are provided for a fee. You can enjoy a sauna, hot tub or Turkish steam bath, or take a dip in the lagoon-shaped outdoor pool. You can also access the gym, the tennis court and the games room for free. The service was fantastic! Especially upon arrival. We were met by Foxie and he was here to help us out our whole stay! He has a great presence and made us feel like we were at home. Big shout out to Mohammad the resident Shisha doctor. The music and personality he provided was just our vibe. We are so happy we chose Crystal Bay!
