Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and by Mr. Hanna, who kindly gave us a tour to make everything smoother. The hotel itself is stunning and offers everything for a relaxing holiday, from great buffet food to several restaurants. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Mustapha at Leo’s Bar, Alae at Vanilla, and Alex & Ibrahim at the American Bar all went above and beyond with their outstanding service. The place is wonderful, the spirit and attention to the smallest details. The staff are extremely welcoming, and I would like to thank Mr. Abdel Raheem Ali and of course Mr. Ibrahim Mansour, and Ms. Maryam, the hotel receptionist, the cleanliness, the food, the service, the quietness, and the price. I would also like to highlight the bartenders at Posh Lounge, Mohamed and Jamal — these guys truly put in the effort, and their attention and hard work don’t go unnoticed. Additionally, the young lady at Posh Lounge with her incredibly beautiful eyes and genuine smile creates an atmosphere of warmth and joy. One small suggestion: it would be great to have piles of blankets near the restaurants — in windy weather, they would be much appreciated. Overall, the hotel left an exceptionally positive impression. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true getaway. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful and large resort. Beach cove was amazing. Shows great. Good food. People that travel here are young, families and friendly. Loved everything about this resort.
