The owner is very nice and helpful, the room was very clean and super cozy and the manor has a unique and very pleasant atmosphere. There is a very well equipped, spatious and cozy kitchen. We used the hotel as a base for bike trips around. The area was great for that because it was very beautiful and there were almost no cars on the roads.

Very helpful and friendly host, rooms and bathroom were super clean, everything you need was there, yard was beautiful and clean, perfect spots for BBQ, good parking spots.

Great place to relax

A tiny tiny cabin which includes a fridge and beds. It was clean and ok for a 1 night stay. There is a shared bathroom and shower, which were clean. There is also an are with table for eating outdoors, which also has a sink to wash your plates. The place was very quiet, only 1 other guest was staying at the campsite. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The owner was friendly and she let us use her washing machine for a €6 fee.

Absolutely loved the peace and quiet and well groomed outdoors, lakeside was superior. Kids had all the fun in the world in the spacious garden and private lakeside of the property. The saunas were very good! Spacious roofed outdoor seating area, so that even the rain didn’t bother the vacay. Owner was supernice and helpful, always there to help if needed and was very easy to communicate. Excellent location to visit nearby villages of Old Believers (the lakeside road that passes Nina, Kolkja, Kasepää and Varnja villages starts literally next to the guesthouse) and beaches. Very nice, helpful and welcoming hosts. Good breakfast with homemade preserved cucumbers and jams. Large rooms with private bathroom and toilet. The guesthouse has its own beach, 3 minutes from the building. You can rent a boat and bikes.

Villa is really close to the Lake Peipus, literally like 2 minutes of walking (we were lucky - the weather was sunny and managed to sunbathe on the sandy beach). Villa has a big parking - around 4-5 cards could fit there. On the premises there is a great outdoor kitchen, where me and my friends mostly spent our time cooking and grilling. There were enough beds to fit us all in and everybody comfortably slept. The wooden-heated sauna was also a great addition to our wonderful stay.

The property is absolutely spacious. Worth taking when going in a larger group and each of you wants to have an extra room, there are not so many options around Peipsi järv. Possible to cook and and a great bbq area - unfortunately at the time we travelled it was still way too cold for that.
