At first, we were given the room we booked, but a couple of hours later, we received a call from reception and were asked to move to another room, since for technical reasons there would be no water in our room. And the room we moved to was even bigger, even cooler! It had a view of the lake and the mountains! As an apology for the inconvenience, we were given a bottle of prosecco, which brightened up our evening with my friend! The hotel also has a spa with a jacuzzi! It's fantastic! We were happy with our vacation and recommend this chain of hotels!

This 4-star aparthotel features a spa experience, with its sauna and hot tub. The aparthotel provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Everything was perfect. Facility was delightful and very clean. It was a great stay. I recommend this hotel to everyone who coming to Zakopane. Underground parking was great. Pool was always crowded but that’s understandable for so many apartments in complex. My girlfriend describes it as “fabulous”.
