Stephan and his team were very helpful at check in with a tour of the beautiful property. The room was large, nicely furnished and clean. The hot tub is spectacular and is a nice community space that allowed me to get to know some of the other guests that weekend. Stephan is a Chef and the breakfast buffet was amazing. He also offered to prepare items that weren't on the buffet upon request.

The stuffs help us a lot including calling a taxi which is very hard for us because we don't speak Spanish. The view is great! It's tidy and clean. The facility inside the house is various. We had an absolutely amazing stay. The entire place is just beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We got to watch and hear howler monkeys as well as a Kolibri while swimming in the pool surrounded by lush green plants and trees. Especially worthy pointing out is the friendliness and helpfulness of the host. After mentioning to Mike that I quite bad ear pain he came back to me with his own medication and even let me keep them after we went on to Montezuma and Uvita. Literally saved my holiday, thanks a lot Mike!! Apart from that very open Host who was able to provide tons of information and recommendations not only on Mal Pais and Santa Teresa but also other places like Montezuma. All in all, a perfect stay!

The pool area was incredible, you have a large pool and smaller hot tub style pool for chilling, both were amazing. Loads of sun beds and sofa/chill areas. Loads of beautiful plants and nature on the ground of the property. This was our favourite place to stay in Costa Rica!!
