It felt like we were in a tropical paradise. The tents were large, spacious, clean and comfortable, surrounded by lush vegetation. The ladies at reception were so friendly and helpful. They organised all of our tours and called a taxi when we needed one. The facilities around the property were spectacular, and we loved getting to swim in the pool at night. It felt magical. It was quite overcast while we were there, so we didn’t have the view of the volcano, but that didn’t detract from the amazing environment at all. Great variety for breakfast. Close to many restaurants and the town centre. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The glass windows provided a beautiful view to the gardens. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi during the storm and the swimming pool while having a wonderful cocktail! The breakfast was also amazing - best platanos in Costa Rica so far!Our host Anna was very welcoming! Also, Erick and Daniel were really helpful and showed us the sloths residing in the property!

The serene atmosphere and stunning views make this place unforgettable, but what truly made our stay magical was the top-notch spa and service from the staff. We had the best massage of our lives—it was pure perfection. The therapists were incredibly skilled, and the tranquil open-air setting elevated the entire experience. To top it off, we were treated to the enchanting sight of monkeys playing in the trees during our massage! It felt like something out of a dream. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and fresh. Nothing quite like starting your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee while toucans flutter through the trees. Special thanks to Jogebeth, whose warmth and impeccable service made our stay even more special. From her attention to detail to her genuine care for our comfort, she went above and beyond. Roger and Rose were super kind and helpful giving ideas for places to visit, where to eat etc. One of the highlights was the breakfast, every day with fresh fruit juice and varied costarican food. Malekus is located in a stunning location surrounded by nature at its best. Definitively highly recommendable!!
