No problems with noise or any of the usual issues one can experience in hotels. It had been quite a while since I saw such a good breakfast too ; many choices of high quality food. The kitchen staff is amazing. I browsed through older reviews and it seems like the hotel took criticisms seriously as I typically couldn't relate to them.

Speaking English and Spanish at the 24-hour front desk, staff are always at hand to help. The breakfast was great. You had a variety of options to choose from. The staff were great, Valentina, Carrolina and Chstran. Valentina was exceptional. The next morning we came down for breakfast, she remembered our names and the coffees that we liked.

I just feel the location is slightly off - Would have preferred a stay in El Chapinero where all the excitement is.
