A large vestibule leads into each expansive living space appointed with welcoming furniture. Spacious marble bathrooms boast rainforest showers, separate bathtubs and windows with views. Branded amenities, bathrobes and slippers are provided for your comfort. During my stay, I accidentally left my bag—containing my passport—in a Didi. As I do not have a Chinese phone number, I was unable to contact the driver myself. An employee named Peter used his own phone to reach the driver and successfully helped me recover my bag. I am incredibly grateful for his help since I I would have struggled to resolve this issue on my own, and losing my passport would have been disastrous. I appreciated the warm service!

Must stay here if you visit Shanghai with more than 3 people.

Thomas Zhou from the reception’s service has been excellent from start till end. Hotel is very clean and every details from start to end is exceptionally well handled! Close from metro with 6-8mins walk and view of the oriental pearl tower was just a big wow!

I was greeted like a VIP 😊 The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong offers a luxurious urban retreat with breathtaking views of the Huangpu River and The Bund. Guests can enjoy premium amenities, including an indoor pool and a world-class spa. The hotel itself exudes luxury and comfort — you feel completely at home. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding!!! I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff for treating me like a VIP, for every little detail and thoughtful touch. The hotel gave me exclusive gifts, noticed subtle details in my look, and wrote me warm wishes that brought tears to my eyes!
