We highly recommend this hotel in Zhangjiajie. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. The breakfast was exceptional, and they went out of their way to accommodate our vegan diet with a variety of options, never making us feel like a burden. Isaac’s father is an amazing chef, and his culinary skills made each meal a great experience . Our host, Isaac, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. He assisted us in countless ways, starting with picking us up from the train station upon our arrival. Throughout our stay, he frequently drove us to various locations and provided drop-off services whenever he could. Isaac’s extensive knowledge of the local area was invaluable. He gave us detailed explanations about the walking tours around Zhangjiajie Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain, including insightful briefings on what to expect at each site. He also helped arrange our tickets and provided clear instructions on how to navigate the attractions. His support truly enhanced our experience and made our trip memorable. The hotel is modern and clean, ensuring you won't feel like you're missing on anything. It's a great place to stay for visiting Tianmen Mountain and the Avatar Mountains, and its close proximity to the train station which adds to the convenience.

Nice pillows. Nice white towels. The hosts are great and very, very helpful. You get very personalized service. They helped me with my tour tickets, take out dinner order, transportation, etc. The front desk is open late. It's beautiful at night with it all lit up. The pool looks beautiful at night as well with the blue lights. . Walkable to shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Great AC system. Cool mood lighting. Very large bathroom.

Lovely stay here in this beautiful property. Rooms were comfortable, clean, cool and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. The staff here were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped plan our itinerary every day for trips to Zhangjiajie National Park.

Wonderful facilities with lots of character and great views. Frankie and the whole staff really went out of their way to help us plan our local activities in the national park and the restaurant makes amazing dinner and breakfast. Was also very quiet, which we appreciated after lots of time in various cities. Would absolutely stay again :)

山の景色を望むZhangjiajie Southgate Flower Garden Lodge at the Park Entranceは張家界市にあり、レストラン、共用キッチン、バー、庭、バーベキュー施設を提供しています。館内全域での無料WiFi、敷地内の専用駐車場を提供しています。 Zhangjiajie Southgate Flower Garden Lodge at the Park... the room was lovely with a view and air conditioned and clean. the people running the hotel were very helpful to us as foreigners. they drove us to the Southgate entrance of Zhangjiajie national park which a 4 min drive and cooked us dinner for 40 yuan which was very helpful as the area is more quiet. this might be an option for you if they are available that night. there is also a restaurant across the road which was great! the hotel also offers a basic breakfast for free. Theres a busier area with fruit market stalls and more restaurants about a 20 min walk. the lady working there was very patient with us and helped us book all of our national park and day trip tickets (i would suggest doing this before you come to avoid missing out in busy seasons).

Absolutely brilliant stay! The FengHuang Kasen Waterloom Keep's grounds are lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!

She even went the extra mile by buying our tickets to the parks for us and giving us very useful tourist advice and recommendations. She was always kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet — her warm attitude really made us feel at home. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is cozy, and we felt very well taken care of. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and a personal touch.

There was a huge variety of delicious food to choose from every morning. The level of cleanliness was extremely high throughout the entire property. Our room was spotless and very well-maintained. The location is perfect and right in the center, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions and shopping areas. A special thank you to one staff member in particular, David. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. It's clear he takes great pride in he work and cares about the guests. He is a true asset to your team! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip. ---
