I like a lot that shuttle bus comes every 20 minutes to the airport. Even if your flight is late you are still catching the shuttle. Also swimming pool is nice

Staff were friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade when we arrived and the room was really nice. The view was spectacular from the 22nd floor facing the CCTV building. The buffet restaurant had a really good selection of food, and even had a malatang station (you select meat and veges and a chef cooks it for you). The hotel is above a really large mall, but it's all fancy expensive stuff. There is a really fancy chocolate shop maybe 4 times more expensive than NZ! The mall leads directly to a train station, which was very convenient for getting around.
