Staff is friendly and helpful. Things are luxurious but discreetly so.

The latter features an indoor pool, a hot tub, a hammam, a sauna, fitness equipment, and a Pilates centre. Massage treatments and balneotherapy are also available. Guests can also access the Yogi Booster Bar free of charge. We had an exceptional experience at this hotel from start to finish. The facilities were spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during our stay. What truly touched our hearts was the thoughtful surprise they prepared for our child’s 3rd birthday. From the moment we checked in, we felt the warmth and care of the team. On the special day, they organized a beautiful little celebration that made our child light up with joy – complete with decorations, a small cake, and even a personalized gift. It’s rare to find such genuine attention to detail and kindness. This is more than just a hotel – it’s a place where people truly care about their guests. We are deeply grateful for the unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for families traveling with children!

The units in the bed and breakfast are equipped with a kettle. Every unit is equipped with a coffee machine and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathrobes, while certain rooms come with a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher. All units at the bed and breakfast are fitted with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a safety deposit box. Everything. The photos on the app don’t give this place justice. Fabulously renovated rooms with nice amenities such as locally made soaps and such, a Nespresso machine, robes and slippers. There is a pool and the hosts make you feel at home.

Units are complete with a shared bathroom, while certain units at the bed and breakfast also have a seating area. At the bed and breakfast, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels.

Skiing, cycling and hiking are possible within the area, and the bed and breakfast offers ski storage space. Chez Epicure felt very welcoming, comfortable and homely. It was a nice place to relax after walking on the Via Francigena, for which it is well situated. The hosts spent time talking with me and provided local information.

Sumptuous architecture, antiques and fine reproductions steep guests in the glorious past in both public and private spaces. On the other hand, guests feel instantly at home, thanks to the warm and attentive staff, which includes Switzerland's only female chief concierge. Everything was amazing. Beautifully decorated for Christmas (truly magical), clean, amazing, top notch and helpful staff. Food was delicious in all of the restaurants (we tried them all). And also it’s very important to mention it was family friendly and kids were treat with respect and not like they are burden

Located high on Mont-Pèlerin, it offers gourmet cuisine and an exclusive spa area. All rooms have a private terrace or balcony. The room and view were amazing, very very spacious, comfortable bed, parking available. The breakfast had many options and it offers again an amazing view. The spa, indoor pool and sauna again great additions!
