Audrey and Philippe are such wonderful hosts, we felt right at home! We came with 3 bikes doing a larger bike trek, and it was great to be able to store our bikes in the garage (and pump up the tires), have a great meal (both for dinner and breakfast) with produce and dairy from the region, adjusted to one of our vegetarian diets, and enjoy their company and hospitality. We also really enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi as a way to relax after a long day of cycling. The village is pretty, and it's perfectly located along different outdoor routes (hiking/cycling). We stayed in the dortoir, which was exactly what we wanted! Many thanks.

This is not called a Palace for no reason, from an enormous beautifully decorated Christmas tree, extravagant reception and entrance to the amazing breathtaking view of lake Geneva from the room, this hotel really made one feel like royalty from the moment you arrive. It does come with a hefty price but it is truly breathtaking and really memorable!

Gorgeous communal areas - beautifully decorated for Christmas - great facilities for children/teens Amazingly helpful staff - Fabian the receptionist who helped us with bags as we were short of time and the concierge were busy, and the concierge staff who run the navette shuttle service out to other restaurants in the village Booked a double room and got upgraded to a fabulous suite. Amazing place full of history in a calm and beautiful place. Extremely welcoming, I would say it was best welcoming in the world when we arrived. The restaurant was already closed but we were treated with delicious improv dinner in the room. Nice lake view and easy way to have a nice walk up to the mountains as the hotel is situated up the hill almost above the town. All the hotel rooms & public places really elegant, lake & mountain range view from my room was just outstanding. Also enjoyed to follow with eyes a train climbing a hill. Everything is so picturesque here. Definitely would like to come back
