I loved everything about this hotel! The modern and aesthetically pleasing design, clean rooms, hotel room amenities (robe, slippers, coffee machine, teas/coffee etc), hotel room views, excellent breakfast with a range of choice, wonderful spa, convenient location with the train station only a very short walk away and friendly and accommodating staff (a special shout out Alexandra and Fata who were on duty at breakfast time - they were so hospitable and kind to me).

The accommodation exceeded my expectations and we had an excellent experience. The house is situated right in front of the river, surrounded by the lush nature of the valley, which provides a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The interior is very well equipped, spotless clean and comfortable. The terrace is spacious, with cozy chairs, a parasol, a grill, and a beautiful stone table where we enjoyed breakfast outdoors, always with a stunning view of the mountains in the background. The jacuzzi is excellent and offers a lovely view. The garden around the house also deserves mention:, it is impeccable, very well maintained, and contributes to the beauty and peaceful feeling of the place.. Communication with the host prior to our arrival was excellent. Another positive point was the kindness of the host, who allowed us to check in earlier since the house was vacant when we arrived. The parking lot, located across the street, is spacious and easily accessible to the house. Public transportation is also very convenient, there is a bus stop practically in front of the accommodation. As soon as we checked in, we received the Ticino Tickets, which greatly facilitated our mobility around the region. We hope to return on another occasion. It was, without a doubt, a memorable stay.

There is not much to say about this place it is probably on of the best places to stay at the Lago Maggiore. Everything is perfect. Very friendly and professional staff.

Located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore, a private bathing beach, the jetty with its own marina and garden, guest rooms and suites. From the first minute of arriving to the hotel you feel that you are important guest. The staff is friendly and very careful. There is s valet parking. You are here only for relax! We tried some restaurants of the hotel (Marina and Eden Rock): compliments and thanks to the chef’s and staff, they are professional. The breakfast in the hotel is fantastic. Cleaning service received from me high rating too. The room with fantastic view on the lake, with terrace where you can spend romantic evenings with s glass of champagne.
