The hotel facilities are great, with a good sense of design and very clean. However, when we checked in, one of the male staff at the front desk was impatient. It was an issue with their system, but the experience was not very pleasant. Other staff members were nice though, especially the lady who helped us during checkout — she was very friendly and professional.

Amazing stay! Great, new hotel with superb amenities. There is a spacious underground parking, great wellness, big room with mountains view and super comfortable bed and the breakfast was delicious. Local honey and chocolate spread to die for! Yummy! The rooms were very well noise-isolated. Highly recommend. I hope to come back soon!

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. Every detail was taken care off - including refreshments, s backpack available in every room.
