The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.

We only stayed for a night but the property was beautiful, rooms were spacious with close proximity to the center. Staff was very helpful and sweet.

Very creative and stylish design of the room. You have everything you need in the mini kitchen. Comfy and spacious bed. Powerful heater which is great if you travel to Interlaken in winter. Adjust the knob to your preferable warmth. I had to turn it off as I was sweating in the room while outside temperature was freezing! The free parking space is great if you travel by car.

We loved the staff and their friendliness, including the owner that checked to make sure our stay was wonderful.. It is close to the bus station, so that was a plus to go into Interlaken to catch the trains. The breakfast was plentiful as well. 'The view is lovely!

Set amidst large gardens and featuring a sun terrace with views of the Jungfrau mountain range. All the en-suite rooms feature mountain views. This property was sensational. It was like a bed and breakfast out of a movie with beautiful gardens and was incredibly quiet. Breakfast was great and the staff were amazing. The spa was just what we needed and they use a booking system each day so that you don’t have to share with other guests which was a nice touch.
